To adapt and innovate 1994-2019

The industry is constantly evolving! Thanks to our skilled team who has been at the heart of the company for over 35 years, Steelguard constantly evolves to meet the growing needs of its customers. Furthermore, Steelguard proved that they can innovate in order to keep ahead of customer needs and the new market segments we are serving. Since the acquisition of Aciers Lague by the actual owners, the addition of skilled staff and its visionary plan contributed to the company growth and improved its service offering.

2018-2019

Still growing

As of November 2018, we acquired Canabrex Solutions and Services, which is a partner company with whom we have been working for over 4 years. This allows us to provide our customers with a wider array of products and services, such as HVAS metallization and PTA coatings. Such new acquisition enabled us to offer a ‘‘one-stop shop’’ to existing and future clients!

2017

Modernization

We upgraded our equipment and made the necessary changes in our organizational structure in order to meet the ever-growing needs of our customers. First and foremost, we want to offer top-quality products and respond quickly to their needs.

2014-2015 -

Presence all over Canada and around the world

We listened to our customers and found innovative solutions in order to increase their productivity! Following the remarkable success obtained in the mining and forestry industry, our customers referred us to numerous divisions across Canada, the United States, Mexico, and throughout the world! Thanks to our collaboration with new business partners, we now offer solutions perfectly adapted to our customer needs.

2014 -

STEELGUARD

The Steelguard solutions have arisen! ALS offers top quality products to industries we are servicing. However, in order to provide customers with the best possible service, the technical team developed the Steelguard alloys, which are premium products that improve the equipment service life and can easily adapt to the customer complex needs.

2001 -

A growing family

The family expanded! The actual owners acquired Brospec premises, in which they invested in order to upgrade and buy new equipment. The main goal is to ‘‘promptly respond to customer requests’’. They are looking for better and lasting solutions compared to the actual service offerings on the market! That is how Aciers Lague Wear Parts started!

1994 -

Turnover

Having been involved in the Acier Lague company for many years, the existing shareholders decided to acquire the business. They elaborated an action plan to move the company forward, to build on the progress and achievements, to meet their client needs, and to adapt and diversify the service offering to develop the business over the years.
