2 workshops of more than 75,000 square feet
Our capacity allows us to manufacture over 2,400 square feet of wear plates per week, thanks to our 7 modern and automated machines.
Our manufacturing capabilities also cover 3 up-to-date and automated machines that produce wear pipes with a diameter between 3’’ and 36’’, and maximal length of 20’.
The wear plate thicknesses that we manufacture are the following: ¼’’, 3/8’’, ½’’, ¾’’, 1’’, 1 ¼’’, 1 ½’’ and 2’’.
Dimensions can vary between 12’’ x 12’’ and 86’’ x 118’’ and/or any other dimensions that suit your needs.

We developed a HVAS (High Velocity Arc Spray) metallization system that is unique and effective. We offer wear-proof and corrosion-proof coatings as well as other exclusive solutions on small or large surfaces. Our application capacity is 120 pounds per hour.
The effective PAT (plasma with transferred arc) system allows for applying countless and efficient wear-proof solutions. When standard solutions are inefficient, we’ll exceed your expectations with Steelguard PTA coatings.
